ODB++ is a hierarchical, intelligent manufacturing data format that stores copper layers, drill, netlist, stackup, and component data in a single structured database. Unlike Gerber, it preserves the relationships between geometry and electrical intent, reducing ambiguity in CAM. It is one of the most widely accepted intelligent formats across fabricators.
