For over a decade, Ampletron has worked at the hand-off point where an electronic design becomes a real, manufactured board. Designers send us their files; we check them for the costly mistakes a factory can't catch on its own, prepare everything for production, and make sure the finished boards work the first time.

Make advanced hardware manufacturable — the first time
Re-spins are expensive, and in high-reliability markets they are unacceptable. Our job is to make sure the data that reaches the fab floor is correct, cost-aware and defensible.
We work across the full pre-manufacturing surface: CAM output generation, DFM and DRC verification, HDI and microvia architecture, controlled-impedance stackups, and ATE loadboard and probe-card interface engineering up to 110 layers.
