Let’s get your board ready to build
Send us your design files and tell us what you're building — even if you're not sure what to include. A real engineer reviews it and replies with what they found, what it'll cost, and how long it'll take, usually within hours.

FAQ
Common questions
Quick answers before you reach out — for anything else, the form above lands directly on an engineer's desk.
- I'm not an engineer — what do you actually do?
- In plain terms: before a factory makes your electronic circuit board, we review the design for mistakes, fix the files, and make sure it can be built correctly. It's like having a proofreader and print-shop for circuit boards.
- What is a PCB (printed circuit board)?
- It's the flat board inside almost every electronic device. It physically holds the chips and other parts and connects them with tiny printed copper lines. Almost everything electronic — phones, cars, medical devices — runs on one.
- Do I need to understand any of this to work with you?
- No. Send us whatever files your designer produced and tell us what you're building. We'll explain everything in plain language, flag anything risky, and guide you to a board that's ready to manufacture.
- What file formats do you accept for CAM?
- We ingest Gerber RS-274X, ODB++ (v7/v8), IPC-2581 Rev C and legacy RS-274D with aperture files. Netlists are cross-verified against IPC-D-356.
- How many layers can you engineer?
- Standard rigid stacks up to 32 layers, HDI builds with sequential lamination, and specialized ATE loadboards up to 110 layers routing 40,000+ nets.
- Do you handle controlled impedance?
- Yes. We build field-solver-driven stackups holding single-ended and differential targets to ±5%, with impedance test coupons embedded in every panel.
- How do you protect controlled technical data?
- We operate under strict controlled-data handling protocols — NDA coverage, per-program access isolation and full audit logging on every job.
- What is your turnaround for DFM feedback?
- A 24/7 engineering desk returns first-pass DFM findings within hours for standard designs; complex HDI and ATE reviews are scheduled with a dedicated engineer.
- Can you automate repetitive CAM jobs?
- We build custom Perl/Python tooling and HyperTooling engine runtimes that codify fab-specific rule decks into deterministic, version-controlled jobs.
