We make sure your circuit board works — before the factory builds it.
Before a factory builds an electronic circuit board, we check the design for costly mistakes and get the files ready to manufacture. From a startup's first prototype to the most complex multi-layer and chip-test boards, we catch the costly mistakes early and hand the factory files that are ready to build.

What we do, in plain English
Think of us as the proofreaders and print-shop for circuit boards: we catch the errors and prepare the files before anything gets made in copper.
What is a circuit board?
The flat board inside almost every electronic device — from phones to cars. It holds the chips and connects them with tiny printed copper 'wires'. Engineers call it a PCB (printed circuit board).
What do we actually do?
Designers send us their board files. We inspect them for problems a factory can't fix on its own, clean up the files, and hand back a version that's safe and ready to build.
Why it saves money
One missed mistake can wreck an entire production run — weeks of delay and thousands of dollars wasted. Catching it before manufacturing is far cheaper than after.
Who we help
Everyone from a startup building its very first prototype to aerospace and chip-testing teams making the most complex boards in the world.
How it works
Four simple steps, from your files to finished boards
Every project follows the same checked path, so nothing reaches the factory floor without a sign-off.
You send your files
Upload your board design. We open it and rebuild a complete, accurate picture of every layer.
Gerber RS-274X, ODB++ and IPC-2581 packages ingested; apertures normalized and the layer stack reconstructed.
We check it for mistakes
We hunt for design errors that would make the factory build it wrong — and flag every one for you.
Trace spacing, annular rings, acute slivers and hanging copper audited against per-class IPC rules.
You see a clear price
You get an itemized quote up front — no surprises about what drives the cost.
A deterministic engine resolves material, layer and finish multipliers into a transparent, itemized quote.
It's ready to build
We hand the factory clean, approved files — so your boards come out right the first time.
Panelized, coupon-embedded datasets are released to fabrication under audit-logged engineering sign-off.

What we can do for your board
From preparing your design files to catching mistakes and engineering the most complex boards — here's how we help.
Gerber & ODB++ CAM Processing
Like getting a rough manuscript print-ready, we take a designer's raw board files and tidy them up so a factory can actually build the circuit board.
